- Multisport Zone: A dedicated area for children’s activities, including basketball and tennis, designed to encourage active play in a safe and contained environment.
- Natural, Cohesive Landscaping: Landscaping that respects Colorado’s climate, with trees and plantings providing shade, privacy, and a seamless connection to the surrounding environment.
