Project overview
This commercial project began with a client request to transform a functional first-floor elevation, home to ATMs, vending machines, and retail storefronts, into a space people actually want to spend time in. The design introduces a covered pergola walkway, pockets of seating, and lush planting beds along the full length of the building, giving customers a comfortable place to pause during everyday transactions. The result balances security and family-friendly accessibility with a genuinely inviting streetscape, one that fits naturally into its surrounding commercial context rather than feeling purely utilitarian.
